- Return Window: You can return any items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility for Return: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- How to Return: Simply contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
- Refunds: Once your return is processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchange Policy: If you want to exchange your item for a different size or color, we suggest processing a return and placing a new order.
Please note that certain items, including sale merchandise, intimate apparel, and swimwear, are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
